One Pan Cajun Shrimp & Sausage

Ingredients

1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic (clove, minced)
2 cups Broccoli (cut into florets)
1 Zucchini (medium, sliced)
5 ozs Chicken Sausage (sliced)
1 1/2 tsps Cajun Seasoning
8 ozs Shrimp (peeled, deveined)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
1 Avocado (chopped)

Directions

1Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, broccoli, zucchini, and sausage. Stir and sauté for eight to ten minutes.
2Add the cajun seasoning and cook for another two to three minutes.
3Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another five minutes or until everything has cooked through, stirring frequently.
4Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Divide between serving plates, top with avocado, and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers:Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
Serving Size:One serving is approximately two cups.
Make it SpicyAdd more cajun seasoning, or add cayenne pepper or chili flakes.
Additional Toppings:Top with parsley or green onion.
