1 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 Egg

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Mix together the peanut butter, sweetener, and egg(s) in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until well combined.
3Portion into balls, using approximately two tablespoons of dough per cookie, and place evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a fork, press down on the cookies to form a cross-hatch pattern.
4Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges start to turn a golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers:Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week. Freeze if longer.

More Flavor:Garnish with chopped peanuts. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
