1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1/4 cup Protein Powder
1 1/2 tbsps MCT Oil
2 tbsps Blueberries
1 tbsp Brazil Nuts (chopped)
1 1/2 tsps Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsps Ground Flax Seed
1/16 tsp Stevia Powder (optional, to taste)

Directions

1In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt, protein powder, and MCT oil together thoroughly.
2Layer the coconut yogurt mixture, blueberries, nuts, cocoa powder, ground flax, and stevia powder (if desired), into a serving bowl.
