Air Fryer Cajun Salmon & Zucchini

Ingredients

1/2 Yellow Onion (cut into large chunks)
1 Zucchini (large, sliced in half moons)
1 1/2 tbsps Avocado Oil (divided)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
10 oz Salmon Fillet (skinless, cut into large cubes)
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Avocado

Directions

1Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF (205ºC).
2In a bowl toss together the onion, zucchini, half the oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer into the air fryer basket. Arrange in an even layer and bake for six to seven minutes, shaking halfway through. Remove and set aside.
3Place the salmon in the same bowl and toss with the remaining oil and cajun seasoning. Transfer to the air fryer and bake for five to six minutes, or until cooked through.
